                               RESOLUTION NO. 19014
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO
                   EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PLANNING ASSOCIATES,
                   INC. FOR RESTORATION OF THE BATHHOUSE AT
                   WARNER PARK FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
                   SEVEN PERCENT (7%) OF THE TOTAL CONSTRUCTION

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a
       Contract with Planning Associates, Inc. for restoration of the
       bathhouse at Warner Park for an amount not to exceed seven 
percent
       (7%) of the total construction cost.
